Bringing your page to life

We can embed media in our page, including images and videos. In the case of an image, the file sits on a server somewhere, and we use the img element to tell the browser to display it.

  • Replace the image with your own or one of the below:
    1. /img/owl.jpg
    2. /img/donkey.jpg
    3. /img/meerkats.jpg
    You need to put the image URL in the src="" attribute
  • Update the alt="" attribute to reflect the new image
  • Why not add a h1 for your image?
  • How about adding a short paragraph using the p tagto describe your image?
